The Droid 4: The Razr Gains Weight and Gets a Keyboard

The Droid 4 has emerged out of the developers lair over at Motorola. Right off the bat you'll notice that this thing looks like the Razr with the exception of it's thickness, weight, and screen size. The Razr weighs 4.48oz while the Droid 4 comes in at a much heftier 6.31oz.  The Droid 4 has a smaller 4" qHD display. The real difference between the Razr and the Droid 4 is the slide out 5 row qwerty keyboard which also adds thickness to the device. This phone packs Verizon's 4G LTE, a 1.2 GHz dual core processor, and 1GB of RAM. It is expected to be released on December 8, which happens to be the same day rumored for the Galaxy Nexus(we'll see what happens with that). This phone will be everything the Droid 3 should have been. This phone will be perfect for those of you who don't like onscreen keyboards, and prefer a physical keyboard. Here is everything we know.

Dual Core 1.2GHz processor
Verizon 4G LTE
8MP rear camera (1080p video)
HD front facing camera (MP not listed)
4.0" qHD display
1875 mAH battery(bigger than the Razr)
5-Row slide-out QWERTY keyboard with side lit keys
